VERY expensive and useless. When I had my call/intake they told me it would be 300 out of pocket but probably less because that didn’t account for myinsurance. I needed medical assistance so I took that at face value. I booked an appointment through zocdoc app which stated they took my insurance but when I went to enter it the app wouldn’t let me upload my cards. When I tried to enter it manually, it said they didn’t take my insurance. I ended up canceling the appointment and getting soaked with a no-show fee because they have made it absolutely impossible to talk to a human being. Phone lines go to pre-recorded messages. The chat function in the app is a bot that only allows you to select from pre-written questions. Don’t bother
