Set up meeting for salesperson to meet with my father as he lives closer to dealership. Salesperson was very helpful, honest and polite, pointing out various items on Jeep.
Professional customer services.. They get you the lowest interest rate. Good experience. & no hidden fees like many other dealers
I went down and looked at the car. was in really good shape, other than it could have used a wash, not a big deal. It was my second choice car I was looking at. I closed the deal on my first choice.

The salesman cliff was a very nice and knowledgeable man. The fact that I was told the car there then drove 45 minutes for the car to not be there was very upsetting. There were other vehicles in the range that I took a look at but the fact is I was mislead made me very disgruntled . Cliff tried but a deal couldn’t be made. If cliff wasn’t such a gentleman I would have caused a big scene but his demeanor just made me close my mouth and walk away.
