Wrong color
I made an offer on a vehicle. The salesman left a message on my machine saying he would like to accept my offer. When I got to the dealership, the offer was not accepted. This was a waste of time.
Poor service! Trying to return my lease. I have been calling since Sunday to set up return and no one has called me back. It is now Tuesday. Service told me just bring it in with keys and all books and someone will be there. I told them I would be in at 7:30 pm. It was fine. When I got there, Steve and Dave were gone. I ask to leave the car on lot and I will be back tomorrow because I only could get ride home today. They said no! I had to take my car off the lot and bring it back tomorrow. Dealer never responded so I visited the dealership in person. The sales person was rude and obnoxious. They failed to even approach me and ask me for any assistance. When I approached one of the sales representatives, he looked at me as if the question I just asked him was not in plan English. I will never purchase BMW from these clowns. You're a car salesman, you're not curing cancer. Get over yourselves.

Poor sales service – Finally found the car and wanted to buy. Car was still under warranty. I asked and was promised that a fairly minor issue would be addressed prior to delivery. Day of deluvery got run around never addressed. I oerson said parts ordered to fix manager said. Could not find problem! Then computer said 800 miles till service when inquired they reset computer without addressing anything! So niw what? Did car need service, guess we never know. Good luck to whoever finally buys.
