This was the worst car buying experience Ive ever had. They sold me a certified car that is an absolute lemon. I went to them to try and work something out and their manager ***** offered to pay me $10k less than what I owed on the car. They dont care about the customer and are greedy, lying scammers. Its an absolute shame that these people are selling cars to hard working people. The have no moral compass and should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. Tried as much as they could to be helpful, although they did not answer questions directly and marginalized damages/flaws to a minimal. Visuals told otherwise on damage summaries stated.- " you can remove that headlight damage with wax"....wonder why they didn't? Shows/predicts not much intimacy with their inventory or how they push it out the door. But, nice people, and tried to work out a deal. Ultimately, could not. Felt intentional obfuscation was at play.

I had an appointment schedule for a test drive. When I went I found out the representative who suppose to help me was off and the other rep let another person take the car for an extended test drive. Apparently he had no idea that I had been scheduled. The car was sold right in front of me.

On the 21st, we called you two more times. Without an appointment, you showed up at our Pre-Owned Lot at the same time another customer was test driving the vehicle. We would have loved to sell you the car but you never returned our calls and after one week showed up unannounced. We wish you luck with your car shopping. Thank you. Pam
