RecommendedThis past (almost) year at satori has basically been a dream! From site visits with Whitney before our building was finished to picking up oversized boxes time and time again (Sorry! I love kohl’s!), this has by far been our best apartment experience. The whole leasing office team knew us not only by name but knew our dog’s name and even some of our favorite drinks and hobbies. BEAUTIFUL apartments. However, it will cost you all four limbs to live here. $900 just for a studio? Ridiculous. I looked at a 2 bedroom 2 bath and it was 1,600$! I understand they have all the great perks and amenities,but I don’t believe that it’s worth it. Great and friendly staff though when I went to visit.
RecommendedThe best place to live in the Indy West Side/Avon area! Staff is extremely professional, welcoming, funny, and kind! They treat you like friends from the moment you walk in the leasing door. Apartments are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! They are very pet-friendly, and they are located literally right next to the YMCA (you can walk there in 5 mins!). Overall, it is a beautiful and positive environment to live in. I would 110% recommend!!!!

RecommendedLove Satori Flats! Staff are helpful, personable, and available. They facilitate so many fun events for residents. Also love that the buildings are brand new! The floor plans are so open- which makes the apartments feel even larger and allows for so much natural light! The gym, pool, and track around the complex are great bonuses, too!

RecommendedGreat experience, great people!! Had to find temporary housing due to our home being in a house fire. Came to look at a 3 bedroom. It was move in ready ! Clean! It has been a great place to live. Just went to the Christmas party that they have and it was wonderful! Great food and met some great people. I highly recommend Enclave on 127th.. ask for Bob!!! But seriously they are all helpful.
