I lived at Circa for three years, moving only because I wanted a house. It was a great place to call home, great amenities, and friendly and professional staff, both when it was Milhaus and when it changed to JVM. My apartment had a stunning view of downtown, the amenities are great, and the location is wonderful!
Christina was a HUUGE help! Can't say enough great things about her customer service and great attitude!
Circa was nice until the new management. Our building’s carpets are filthy, no snow plowing, just a thousand pounds of salt to a point my dogs can’t walk. Our next door neighbor smokes a pound of weed a day, and nothing happens about it with three emails of complaining. Dog areas never have bags. And rent went up another $35. So, now I’m paying almost $2400/month for this.
