Having lived in various apartments in cities across the country, I've seen the good, bad, and the ugly. Circa is by far the best property I've had the pleasure of living on!! The staff is amazing, the property has everything you would need, the units are brand new, and you can't beat the location. A must see for anyone looking for a place in downtown Indy!
