The complex was recently upgraded and the new amenities (dog park, dog washing station, office space with printer, coffee bar, and beautiful interiors) are awesome! I recently resigned with a lease transfer and the staff, especially Christina, went above and beyond to help me. Thank you, Circa!

As many other reviews explain, Circa was great until I moved out when they tried to charge me for carpet damage I didn’t damage! Save your money and headache and skip Circa! If you want to live downtown Indy try JC Hart properties or Milhaus!
Very difficult to communicate with, numerous unanswered phone calls and emails. When moving out, leasing office tried to charge me for total carpet replacement in both bedrooms when only one room had damaged carpet. They claimed it was their policy to keep carpets matching wear and tear. This is an illegal renting practice in Indiana. A renter does not have to pay for normal wear and tear. With of the all new changes in management, things are going to change and I feel that all of us should be somewhat considerate of that. Aside from the initial package problem that was occurring and was almost a nightmare, I am overall happy and would recommend Circa to anyone.
Circa was great until JVM took over. Since then, there have been several miscommunications and mishandlings by staff. The carpets in hallways/stairwells are stained and smell like urine, we are being told to pick up amazon packages from amazon lockers over a mile away instead of our leasing office, parking is a nightmare even though residents are charged a premium, community events are offered - but at a price on top of what you are paying for rent, voicemails to leasing staff go unreturned, the list goes on.
