Disappointed in the service that was provided. Referred to go there the same day by pediatrician. Was told to go to ER and see Ophthalmologist. We were not disappointed in ER. We were there for maybe 2 hours, and then nurse came in, informing us that an ER staff was going to walk us to Opthamology, and then when done, they would come back to get us when opthamology called then. My son has been receiving care at Cincinnati Children's since he was 10 months old-he is now 16. I can't begin to tell you what your facility and staff mean to me and my family. Yesterday we were there for same day surgery and as usual, my son received exceptional care. Shout out to Bernie, his pre op nurse, Donna, his post op nurse as well as Dr. Cotton and his entire ENT team.
Cincinnati Children's Hospital is huge and very nice the cancer and blood disease doctors and staff were very nice easy to talk to even the gift shop was nice they had a place u can make a teddy bear kind like build a bear but cheaper they had there own er only for kids it so colorful and cheerful there was only a few things i didnt like like paying 5 bucks for parking we had to wait from 10:45 almost 5pm we saw a doctor the first hour the rest of the time we sat and waited for someone to come in and drawl blood another thin... read more
Cincinnati Children's Hospital is wonderful!!! We travel 4hrs. because we feel they are the best to care for our son! Everyone there (at all locations) are always the nicest & so helpful!! I'm so grateful for all of the staff who care for my son! I'd recommend them to anyone!
Great staff and Doctors! My son has been coming here for 7 years for treatment for his muscular dystrophy and they have always been very caring and professional. Very impressed with the way they always include him in the conversation.
