I think that they are overwhelmed and just rushing to get through patients. My 5 year old is traumatized due to the poor practice in the dental portion of that facility. Not once, but twice, they gave him medicine and tried to do a procedure( filling) before letting the actual medicine take affect because they didn't want to listen to what his mother was saying. I am pregnant with twins, they are sharing the placenta. Thanks to the staff at the Fetal Center for saving my babies through a surgery! All the doctors and nurses were great and really supportive.
