We used the online appointment option for the Mason urgent care and had a fantastic experience! We were in and out in 45 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. We've always had great experiences at the Mason urgent care and Liberty location. Thank you!
Unfortunately we live in a different state but my son comes here to see a GI specialist. While our hospital took 5 months to get an appointment it took less than a month to get one with Cincinnati. The staff understood my concerned and need for information. They were all very nice and very accommodating. There wasn't a wait, we were took back before we even had time to take a seat in the waiting room.
I had my son there Monday night cause He was complaining of his right side hurting and passing blood in his stool. They admitted him and come to find out he has Salmonella. The nurses and dr's there are soooo wonderful and for now on I'm taking my child to there to be treated in emergencies. He got to come home Wednesday night and is doing soooo much better. Thank you guys and God Bless!!!
