Great hospital, just a little hard to find parking for larger vehicles such as full size trucks & SUVs
I love Cincinnati Children's!! My son has an heart condition since he was born. They have the best doctors and always listens to your concerns. I would never go anywhere else!!
Love the doctors but, the nurses are very rude. They talk down to parents and act like they don't want to fool with the kids.
The hospital is a great hospital. I wish I could do a 4.5 or 4.75 star only due to the nurse taking our son back to surgery saying sorry my hands are cold but I just back from eatting my lunch.. which upset our 3 year old son who had not ate since 11pm and it was now noon and he was very hungry... everyone else was excellent!!!!
I have been so impressed by all the professionals we've worked with at CCHMC. The level of professionalism is outstanding. Although we are at the beginning of a very long stay here, I am feeling confident that we have made the right choice for our child's care. Thank you for being a great place at this very difficult time.
I had over a four hour wait for my child to see an ER Doctor. Children in worse shape than my son waiting even longer. Worst ER care I have ever experienced. Leaving children in agony and parents to wait that long is unacceptable. With no food or water no less. They need to remedy this immediately. Also if you are arriving alone like I was with a bleeding child...no valet service, finding parking and running through a parking garage with a screaming baby is unacceptable. We were on the 7th floor Katie and Jenn and Max made our stay very comfortable Im so grateful that my son was in such good care❤️❤️
We came to Cincinnati for a second opinion and never left. The options available at Cincinnati are far greater than our local Children's Hospital. The doctors at Cincinnati have worked together and ultimately have helped my son reach complete seizure control. Thank Goodness for this hospital. They are a big reason why my son is doing so well.
