Just discharged our 11 yr old and being in the hospital during Christmas is hard. CCH went above and beyond to make Christmas morning as exciting as it could be. Thank you to everyone who helped make the Holidays as fun as possible. The nurses and staff on 7A are wonderful. They always made sure our son was comfortable and had everything he needed. With having 2 brain surgeries in 9 days they made sure his pain was always under control. Thank You for taking such great care of us.
The office staff is always warm and welcoming, we never wait very long, and they always work us in when needed, we've never had to wait for an appointment. I'm very particular when it comes to my children's care, but they exceeded all of my expectations.
We are at Children's 3-4 times a week for my daughter ,and son. We are in 4 different departments. They all are amazing. The staff knows us by name now. It is very comforting knowing my children are being taken care of. Thank you all for what you do!
Our 2 month old was recently hospitalized there for rsv. All of her nurses were exceptional. They really made me feel at ease, as I am an RN myself. Thank you especially to Lori, Devan, Jill, Rachel, Adam, Lindsey and Ashley on LA 4! Communication was excellent between staff and my family. Thank you, Childrens!

My 2yr old fractured her foot yesterday afternoon i took her to be seen in the ER instead was sent to the urgent care. 1 if i wanted to go to urgent care i would've gone 5mins from my house instead i came to a "reputable hospital" that i once loved. Instead my child was pushed to the side while multiple others including the child across the hall - mind you had a finger injury from a week prior was offered medicine immediately brought balloons ect while again my 2yr old sat suffering for 4hrs.
