Yesterday my son had a 4 in screw removed from his hand. They took us back with no wait at all! The staff and the doctor were amazing. The child life specialist did a fantastic job keeping my son calm. They were prepared with movies and a comfortable room. Thank you Children's liberty for taking excellent care of my sweet boy!

Children's was amazing. They kept me informed about my sons condition every step of the way.
River Hills is a great place. We have been taking our kids here for 10 years and have never had any issue. We are always greeted by the staff who have learned our family names. Anytime we have a concern we don't hesitate to call and t hry are able to get us in right away. When we arrive to appointments we are in and out within 20 minutes. We never get time to enjoy the waiting room(not complaining) because as soon as we sit down they are ready for us. My son has had countless appointments at Cincinnati Children's in the past two years. All of his appointments are always coordinated and everything, for the most part, moves very smoothly! All of his doctors & specialists are awesome and thorough, and most of the nurses have been amazing, also! They take great care of him.
