Not only was the medical care she received fantastic, but everyone was so genuinely compassionate and they all went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home. So grateful to live nearby such an excellent children’s hospital.
Don’t go to the emergency room unless you want PCAs who don’t know policy. What a joke. The rest of my experiences with children’s have been great, but don’t expect to be treated with any respect at the emergency room. I specifically asked the PCA if I needed to leave his medications after being there all day when I had to take a break to visit my other children at home. Told they would leave it with the nurse. RecommendedThe entire practice is amazing! I came to Dr. Nasser since I was a baby now she takes care of my baby. I absolutely love everything from the front desk staff to the nurses each and every one of them goes above and beyond to help me with any questions I have. Dr. Nasser herself has called to check on my daughter and I just can’t get over how absolutely amazing everyone is here. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!
