We absolutely adore our daughters care team at Cincinnati Children's. She has been seen in a few departments, and every single person has been amazing. Very thoughtful, very thorough, and will listen to everything this over protective momma has to say and will answer all of my questions. Our daughter is 15, and I love that she is being included in conversations about her health and care plan. This has been extremely important to her to have a voice after all these years of illness. Thank you for all you do!!!!

*WARNING long post, but hopefully this will help the next parent* Our three month old preemie, so corrected age month and half, had a ultrasound done two weeks ago to follow up on her inguinal hernia, Children’s found her ovary was stuck (causing said hernia) but there was still good blood flow and potential to wait for surgery. We were told to schedule a follow up for a consultation with a surgeon at Liberty to go over the next steps. Monday 1/28 we followed up with Dr. Jose Luis Peiro Ibanez, at Liberty Children’s. He exami... read more

This place is a joke. Will not help your child but do not worry you will still receive a large bill in the mail. 7 years ago they were great. My daughter had surgery and it was great. My last 2 experiences were a JOKE.

Cincinnati children's hospital was our " second opinion ". They throughly looked over and considered ever possibility and listen to every concern we had. For the first time, we feel like our baby girl is in the right direction and in good hands. ❤ Thank you Cincinnati children's and Dr. Barbara Hallinan, Dr. Elizabeth Schlaudecker, Dr. Andrew Collins , Jessica Harvey dietitian, Stephanie Murico dietitian

I simply cannot say enough good things about this hospital. We arrived to admissions at 1:30, were moved into Ian’s room by 1:45 and immediately greeted by nurses, and by 3:30 the EEG had been placed and started. They are amazing, all so sweet, and so prompt! I’m so thankful that my son is able to receive such amazing care at a wonderful facility!

We went to the ED on the weekend because our dentist’s office was not open. Our son was having pain in his lower jaw and we thought he may have an abscess. The staff just looked and poked around on the spot on his gums and told us to come back the next day if it got worse! They must think that their ED visits are free. After a couple of days of pain we were able to get into our family dentist, it was an abscess and his tooth was pulled. Children’s is great if you kid is seriously sick or injured but for run of the mill ED vi... read more
