We have had constant issues from the Nicu team to the speech therapist. You can complain to the person in charge and nothing will be done. If this wasn’t the only place I could take her I’d never bring her back. And we’ve paid them well close to 1mil dollars 🙃

Your first impression on me was ruined by your extremely rude receptionist at the Level A desk. We were just up there to visit my cousin post spinal fusion surgery and she was very snide about me not being put on the visitor's list. It almost sounded like she enjoyed telling me I couldn't go up to visit; beyond unprofessional. She didn't even try to mend the issue.
