Went to the E.R. this evening. my daughter had a pine needle in her eye. we waited 3 hours to even get back to be seen then were told it would be at least another 2 hours to be seen from that point. I understand there are true emergencies but I think it would be nice to have been told the situation before waiting that long. My daughter has adhd, sensory processing and odd so sitting taht long is a true struggle especially when she's in pain.There were many families that came in after us with kids coughing. RecommendedMe and my husband and my seven-year-old went there last night because my daughter had fell back in a chair and punctured her arm scared to death not knowing if it was even repairable the staff they are the nurses the doctor everybody was absolutely amazing and they made my daughter feel safe they explained everything to her they made her Amazing during her stay there they did an amazing job sewing her up thank you all y’all are superheroes
