RecommendedI cannot even begin to say how wonderful this hospital is. The staff is amazing, caring and efficient. We have had to spend a lot of time at all campuses over this past month for my daughter breaking her patella. The care is consistent throughout all campuses and in every department. From urgent care, to radiology, to orthopedics, to physical therapy, and even down to the check in staff and volunteers. We are very fortunate as a city to have such a wonderful hospital at our fingertips.
I hope I never have to come here again. Dirty waiting area. Unreasonable wait times. I hope this our last experience here

If you have a special needs child, expect for them to have a rough time. While Children’s has a great child life program to help with kids while waiting, they do nothing to help ensure kids that have trouble with waiting (like autism) don’t have have to wait any longer than needed. We had to wait over 2 and a half hours for my son’s surgery because they were so behind. All awhile he is trying to bang his head on things, and fighting the entire time wanting to eat.
