Billing is extremely unorganized. Got charged with all kinds of services that weren't even provided to my new born at the hospital. Ended up paying just to get rid of the hustle of phone calls and bad customer service and they ended up sending me more bills. 4 Months after delivery today and I just received another bill!

Children’s has been treating me since I was five years old. I could not have asked for better doctors, nurses, etc to treat me. I am beyond grateful! My family and I recommend Children’s to everyone!

The ONLY ONLY a person with a child should always be taken to ...... Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. They can do it all and then some. My son is a happy, loving, smart young man. Because his here 23 years later ❤️

Very nice friendly staff clean facilities clean rooms .
We have had constant issues from the Nicu team to the speech therapist. You can complain to the person in charge and nothing will be done. If this wasn’t the only place I could take her I’d never bring her back. And we’ve paid them well close to 1mil dollars 🙃
