Worst service ever. Make people wait without any proper reasoning !! The worst customer service I have experience in this Cimb bank branch. Asked to bring papers for open new account. When bring documents, claims system prob. Ask wait to issue a simple bank cheque. Disappointed with service. Not welcoming staff. Feel so stressed to even be here. Hope improve in future to be considerate and have courtesy to explain!!!!
Slow response
Visted many banks, by far this is the worst. If you are rich, please don't visit this branch, go to other branch instead.
