Lovely hotel, however there was no working WIFI service in the lobby or in the conference rooms.
This place was REALLY NICE!! The customer service from impeccable from the day of check in to the day of check out. However...They need to revamp electrical outlets in the rooms, other than that it was a nice stay.
Played The Babe yesterday. Greens were like greased, flawless pool tables. Had to be rolling like 12-13!!!! PHENOMENAL!!!
Beautiful resort! Stunning views! Delicious food & drinks! We had so much fun at the golf range, pool & jacuzzi! Highly recommend!
Service is horrible - don't go here if you like a quiet place. Same loud hard rock music is playing everyday from 07:00 to 23:00 in the otherwise nice garden. While having breakfast on a nice terrace you'll have to endure poisoning smoke and very loud noise from the leaf blowing machine... if you have any requests the staff will apologise but do NOTHING to sort it out. Have been here for over two weeks for business and hope to never have to return. They'll serve you fake butter here too.
Best Sunday Champagne Brunch ever! They had a whole pig. We had the balcony view and it was so serene. We did the full resort experience. Massage, room service, and the pool was on point. It was a perfect getaway and it was affordable!
The hotel is okay but definitely overrated. The rooms need to be revamped and quite frankly deep cleaned. I had a blue chair in my room that was pretty gross so I ended up sitting on the bed. There's little to do at this resort. Lots of dead empty space yet no coffee shop. Overall, if they are going to keep the current condition of the hotel, they need to lower their prices. I am not one to leave reviews so here goes. The staff is great and helpful. Now for the not so good the room they gave me. When I walked into my room it was incredibly hot about 85 degrees, only 1 light by the door would turn on, the rest of the room was completely dark so I stumble around find the first lamp it doesn't work, stumble to the second lamp it doesn't work luckily the 3rd lamp did work. It's a quite place w/ awesome panoramic view, serenity of the property can't even tell its next to not so good location. But bcoz it's high above you won't even feel the ugly neighborhood. It has its own sports amenities like golf course. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Servers are awesome particularly the lady server Cora...
