I made a reservation weeks in advance for a king deluxe and when i arrived they didn't have the room. So we were given a different room instead. When my husband and I opened the door to the room it was extremely hot because the air was off. The couch was stained. The bathroom was so tiny that the bathtub was behind the door. The only good thing about the hotel was that they allowed us to leave after we told them it was our anniversary trip and the room was not as shown. Maybe I just had a bad room but jeez did I really get the worst one. Here for a business trip and happy it's only for one night! Air-conditioner is leaking loudly and won't stop (pool of water on the floor) no fitted sheets on the beds, stains on the main comforter, clogged shower drain, paint missing on the inside door, I'm a bit scared I'm going to get bed bugs 🐜! My colleague made the reservation and seems to have a good room and it's for one night, so I'll suck it but I will never stay here again.
