Awful and Horrible front desk customer service. I asked for the supervisor and she was the supervisor ( Rachel) and no else that could help. They were stiff and not accommodating. If you’re planning for a retreat you’ll be treated like crap. They cater to large parties like wedding and events. Horrible experience and stay away from this place.
great place to hold parties of all kind. Sitting up on top of the hill overlooking the San Fernando San Gabriel and San Bernardino Valleys and mountains. Great service too and personnel
