Very limited variety of food for the price. Hopefully it will improve.
Banquet is perfect for event. Great location, plenty parking spaces and parking is free. Traffic will not be an issue. I enjoy to host event in here, also enjoy to attend event in here. Will come and recommend here to friends.
Staff is friendly, location is awesome but the rooms need updating.
I was here for one night attending a conference. At 7:30 in the morning walked out to go to my class came back at 10:30 for a 45 minute break until my next class and found my room sparkling clean, that was great but I was not checked out yet. I walked in the hallway saw the cleaning lady and asked her why she came into the room to clean when I have not checked out? She said I check the room and there was no luggage so I cleaned it. A beautiful view of Los Angeles City. Great customer service and very elegant in style.
I had a very good experience! The price was perfect for a nice getaway for my family. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. The room was large and had an amazing view!!!! My only complaint would have to be that the bed wasn’t very comfortable and a small part of the carpet was wet when we came into the room. It was very clean though and it wasn’t in a traveled area so we didn’t make a big deal about it. Thanks to everyone there for a beautiful experience!!!!
Our team loved the Pacific Palms! Had a great safety meeting with our drivers. The staff at the Palms is World Class- they took great care of us and the food was awesome. I highly recommend this place 👍
If you’re a person of color interested in taking your kids golfing please spare your children the racially driven experience... I was treated like trash no explanation ... #noblackpeopleallowed ... I should have known better... they don’t even hire people of color unless your Asian or Hispanic. My legal team will be in touch ...my family was traumatized ... never experienced racism on this level. Maybe it’s a golf thing as the restaurant staff was favorable
