We used it yesterday for a conference. It is nice and clean but extremely expensive and the food wasn't even that good to merit 30.00 pp for a deli buffet (cheapest option) and only one choice of soup (seafood). The bed was very uncomfortable and I tossed and turned all night. The hotel room doors are set to slam shut so it's very startling when someone in the next room goes in and out. No plans to use it again for an event.
Love the place!!!! I would definitely bring family and friends out!!
Each year I attend a trade show here. The setting is perfect and the buffet is excellent. Next year I plan on booking a room instead of driving two hours back to my neck of the woods.

It was a beautiful Resort. But what really impressed me the most was Hector he's works for the hotel and he was telling me he's been there since 1979 when the hotel first opened up he's been there for 28 years.. it also mentioned that management in the hotel didn't even acknowledge his 28 years of service. kind of shocked me a corporation as large as they are wouldn't an employee that goes above and beyond his duties when it comes to customer service period because of Hector I would go back to the resort . I'm a fan & ex employee of the PP... I was there to attend a NYE party same party for the last 10 years. I was very insulted by the security I'm a 56 year old respectable woman whe I asked if I could leave the part to go and wish my Nephew (Rod in the SteelRodBand) that was playing in the Ball Room..a Happy New Years. I was told No and if I left I could not come back in to the party and was very rude about it and obviously did not care. I attended the Shandong Trade Show in one of the function rooms. The room was impeccably clean and the service was topnotch. Not to mention the buffet spread, it was indeed very delicious.... way to go Pacific Palms!!!!!
