Dirty. Salad was brown and looked disgusting, Burnt pizza and desserts, terrible selection. No ice for the pop and the pop did not taste right Feel like we wasted our money all in all will not be back to this location.
Ok so we haven’t been to cicis pizza in a long time. Decided to go for dinner tonight and the entire atmosphere was horrible and they are understaffed and the employees were pretty rude! Not to mention the fact that they had hardly any pizza, and when I asked for them to make a spinach pizza she said it will be ready in 5 minutes. It’s been 25 minutes and still no pizza...Good thing kids were only 99 cents tonight. Probably not gonna come back to the one in Owasso.

Very unclean, if they don't start cleanimg tables no one will have anywhere to sit. The pizza is old, looks likes it been sitting for a long period of time, tastes rubbery. Pop machine is out, substituted with two liters... And its flat. Still charged full price. Will not be coming back.
I love this restaurant and every year; its part of our tradition. This year they sent out coupons allowing kids to eat free with costumes but didn't bother letting us know they closed 2 hours earlier than normal. My kids were crushed. Not only that but we were there 20 minutes before 8 and the doors were already locked. However, the owner reached out almost immediately to apologise for the circumstances. We have been coming here for years and years almost 13 years and today was the absolute worst service ever actually asked us to move a party a table waiting 45 minutes to an hour for a personal Pizza not happy
