Just had lunch there with my grandson. When I stated he had a nut allergy the manager grabbed an allergen list and went line by line to make sure we knew what was safe and what wasn’t. This is so comforting to see an establishment take such care to make sure their customers are safe. Thanks
CiCis is usually a family favorite, especially with kids. This time could possibly be the last. They don’t have the special order station anymore. The “just tell me what you want” station. Lettuce was brown and slimy. Out of 20 free tables, 3 were clean. Staff was put out and unfriendly. There was trash all over, food and spills on the floor, and food all over the buffet. It was filthy.

Enjoyed a family meal tonight. My little girl had $3 in her pocket which we realized in the middle of dinner she lost. We went about our business assuming someone had picked it up. On the way out my daughter was sad she lost her money. I decided to ask the staff if anyone happened to turn it in. The girls behind the counter were nice and helpful. One asked the busser if any money was found. It was! It was just $3 but it meant a lot to my daughter and it was a great teaching opportunity. Thank you!
Let’s just start with the hype of the lemon bars ... more like lemon trash ! It needs more lemon juice in the bars . Then they replace the banana pizza desert with the trash lemon bars ... I’d like my $31.67 back please
I have never been to a dirtier or unkempt restaurant. The tables were disgusting and they had hardly any food out to eat. The food that was available was borderline stale. Never again

If you would like to visit another location in the Tulsa Metro, we would be happy to accommodate that. We value you as a guest and would love to have the opportunity to make it right.
We have been there twice now and both times it was bad. There selection is a joke and the restaurant was dirty. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If you want good cicis then drive to Tulsa.
