We were tenants with Churchills for 2.5 years. Having moved from horrific renting experiences in London it was so refreshing to have a credible, reliable and professional experience with an agent. We have been approached by Churchills after they have seen we had advertised our premises privately. The composition of the letter made me question and I friendly asked Emily Sedman if she had composed the letter or if she have had help by an other person. Emily had composed the letter herself. I noticed the term help I questioned as more appropriate would be support and the testimony of unnecessary information the young lady had perched from our business before in the past. Katie has been great with me in getting me into my property, it had to be a very quick turnaround due to my situation but her communication was frequent and did everything she could to help me as best as possible. Dealt with many lettings agents in the past but Katie’s attention was great and really made the process seem-less. Thanks again
The team at Churchill's were great to deal with throughout the whole process of finding tenants and managing the tenancy of my property. They kept me well informed throughout and were very professional in there approach along the way. They now manage the property and we have some very happy tenants and the maintenance is dealt with quickly and efficiently.
