Awful crooks. Next door used them and their roof caved in. We used them and they basically used waterproof paint to not fix a leak and charged us £600 for the privilege. Tried to sue them but they are just a PO box. Called trading standards and unfortunately there wasn't a lot I could do. Another friend used them and were threatened because they bad mouthed them to a neighbour. Do not use under any circumstance
Rude, incompetent bullies. This company charged me £270 for a few hours work to fix and guarantee two leaks in my property. Following an initial problem with one leak, it took them 6 weeks to come out after endless phone calls. Then the other leak kicks off at which point I call and explain and I'm called a liar and that I'm talking "mumbo-jumbo".
