Great management, very welcoming atmosphere
Upper management do not care about individuals. Constantly rejected our approaches to engage about an issue that came up. Does not leave a good feeling and perhaps they should worry more about their residents. No phone or email contacts on webpage despite an apparent focus on customer service!!
Ash Lodge is now 6 years old and the apartments are not new any more. Most home owners are around 85 years old. It's more like a care home than a retirement home. There are only one bedroom apartments left. After 6 years there are still 19 apartments left to sell. These would be impossible to resell if you bought one.
