Having worked here recently I’ve always found Sarah the manager very helpful and accommodating at all times and I can see by the friendly atmosphere that the residents enjoy her company too.
Very slow at doing repairs. Making elderly residents prisoners in their own homes. Disgraceful
From experience, I'd say the best block management company in the region.
Churchill Estates are an extremely professional, well run company with friendly and helpful staff. Churchill Estates go above and beyond what I would expect from a management company, nothing is too much trouble and you can tell they care about the sites they manage.
