Got rid of the 3 call system, to make an appointment you have to ring as soon as the GP opens on Monday and book an appointment for 2 weeks time... I have no joke over 260 attempts ringing them this morning from 8:30 on the button and nothing, just keep getting Line Busy. This GP is broken. Sick people are not getting the help they need
I would say this surgery is probably the worst in the town! It’s a good thing it’s publicly funded on contract or else it would have been out of business a long time ago. From the uptight receptionists who think they are something (hardly working for your minimum wage 👏🏼) to the useless management. The Drs just want you in and out as quick as possible regardless of your medical condition, they just throw tablets at every problem and move on. It’s an absolute fight with them to try and get the correct medication, never mind... read more

I am very impressed with the kindness and professionalism of this Surgery. The Reception staff certainly make everything so pleasant and stress free and the in house Pharmacist is very quick to respond to all requests for medication I am extremely grateful to be a patient at this Surgery
