I'm so frustrated, I called at 8.30 on the dot 9th in the queue. I choose to have a ring back when it got to me at no 9,to not only did I not get a call back, I called back to be told no call back till the queue is cleared....SO was told to call back tomorrow at 8.30am. WHY LIE ON THE VOICE MESSAGE YOU HAVE?SO beware you will not get a call back untill the queue is ended and all the appointments have gone.

My past experience with them was worst but the recent experience is good. They have improved a lot and they have GPs appointments to offer that's a good start. Also, they have started taking calls too. I have seen Dr.Samuel and I must say lovely GP and would recommend to register with this surgery. Little bit more improvement needs from reception side as they should be little more helpful and kind towards patients.

Very happy with this surgery recently. Office staff are friendly and helpful which they didn't used to be, and doctors have been kind and listened and sorted out our health issues and worries.

I’ve had such a frustrating experience with them... I’ve called so many times, and after the busy tone, the automatic answering machine often drops the call. When I do manage to get into the queue, I’ve been disconnected either by the system or someone on their end, even after waiting up to 45 minutes. I’ve also asked for a callback several times, but no one has ever called me back. To make things worse, I’ve had a bad experience with the doctors too. Do not register with these if you have mental health issues. The staff drive you insane and make any chances of getting help as painful as possible. I have given two stars as they can provide repeat prescriptions efficiently.
