I’ve had such a frustrating experience with them... I’ve called so many times, and after the busy tone, the automatic answering machine often drops the call. When I do manage to get into the queue, I’ve been disconnected either by the system or someone on their end, even after waiting up to 45 minutes. Do not register with these if you have mental health issues. The staff drive you insane and make any chances of getting help as painful as possible. I have given two stars as they can provide repeat prescriptions efficiently.
Do not use this gpp surgery, must be the worst surgery in East sussex.the patient care is not a priority exspecaily with mental health conditions and getting results or tests including needed medication even throu a mental health service. It's very much pass the buck with the surgery. ?? Not great at all
Nurses are always cancelling appointments at the end moment. They never understand any emergency or ongoing issues with the body. They just cancel and keep delaying. Some of the staff members are getting sick for 3-4 weeks. Very disappointed. Very bad service.
Went to see a nurse by appointment at 16:00pm.It is now 16:55 pm and still no nurse come out to get me.i have to be at work by 17:00pm need my job to live and pay lots of bills.never saw the nurse which was important.not even a sorry.i am disgusted with this.waiting one hour and never had my appointment.peaple have to go to work to.how much longer would you have keep me waiting.i did not even want to get you one star but you have to put one star to write on here.
