Received terrible treatment, after I developed serious complications following a mastectomy. Stood at "the window" as instructed and was given an inappropriate antibiotic prescription, despite saying on three occasions it was not the correct one. The doctor who was in the building would not see me. Fortunately we have an excellent A&E department. Absaloute disgrace of a surgery receptionists tell u there's no prescription for muly sons medication then tell u it was done a week ago the worst doctors surgery in this town doctor can't even put the right medication name on a prescription such a joke
Do not touch this Surgery with a bargepole if you value your health as you will not get an appointment. Will not see patients even when in exceptional pain will refer you to A&E. There is a list of other issues with this surgery, but there isn't the space on here. Stay well clear.
Keep failing to send repeat prescriptions to chemist and have to be chased up. its the main part of the job and they consistently get it wrong
