Utterly incompetent. They messed up my appointment dates, told me the wrong date. I didn’t receive text confirmation. I have pain, half a tooth and bleeding gums and the temporary filling they did two weeks ago has fallen out. They tried to book me in for a check up in May, when I was told I need to get my teeth extracted, I don’t need a check up. I need an extraction ASAP because it’s bleeding and in pain. Total negligence!
The experience was horror. Back and forth for more than 4 months and after spending close to £1500 the tooth remove within a week. Now, I am managing tooth ache for months. Wasted time, wasted money, unhealthy teeth
