Literally my feet is black; went to hospitals they said “call your GP” called and got the answer of “oh nothing we do for you call tomorrow at 8am”; I’m pretty sure my feet will fall by tomorrow
Impossible to get into the surgery. As a working professional, when I’m off work I need to see a medical professional that day, to approve my absence and get the medicines and advise on my sickness that I need that day, instead they offer you an app 2-5 days later despite having called at 8 as their procedure states. Great service from reception staff and Doctors
I hope a local authority investigation is carried out on this surgery soon. It is very poorly run. My elderly mom has not been able to get a face to face appointment with a doctor in over 6 years, on the frw occasions, she has attended the surgery, she booked to see a doctor and a nurse was booked instead, to be told they were not able to support. The receptionist is very rude, does not let you speak, constantly talks over you and hangs up if you remind them, the surgery is to support humans who are sick and need help. They ... read more
