I have used this local company on 3 occasions over the last 6-7 years and sadly, I have left the garage feeling ripped off on all occasions. The first time - the company was still on the High Street in Bechenham - I was charged over £100 for a change of fuse when the wiper fluid system was not working. I was made to believe that there was a lengthy time of diagnostics before the fault was identified. A very honest and trustworthy garage here in Beckenham. Osman, the guy in charge is probably the most honest person I have ever had to deal with in a car repair situation. This is now my go to garage for repairs etc and I am happy to recommend them to the local community. Just to update, I've since used cmc quite a few times since this review. Great customer service, honest/transparent pricing and quick turnaround.
I have come to the Beckenham branch for a few years and the staff are so friendly with very reasonable pricing. I had to have some work done on my car but needed the car urgently for work the next day - they got the work done and dusted within a few hours of which I am very grateful for. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
