Transferred here from another practice, haven’t regretted it for a second. The staff are are friendly and Geoff (dentist) is great.
Have been going to this dentist all my life since it was John Hull. As I suffer badly with anxiety, my last visit was not nice. As I needed to make my yearly check-up appointment, rang and explained, "Could I see another dentist?" No problem with that, but because I work 9-5, no late night appointments. So I was told I could either see the previous dentist or find another dentist.
Rang today to see if they are taking on nhs patients ..and she said no quite abruptly ..so I went on to ask what the private prices are or if there’s a waiting list I can join .as I’d seen on Facebook they do have one she SLAMMED the phone down why I was asking RUDENESS and IGNORANCE ..no need for it ..and it wasn’t a dropped call because I heard the phone slam down..rang for help and information..genuinely made my feel like I’d just asked for one of her kidneys…if you don’t want nhs patients take yourself off the nhs dentis... read more
A wonderful practice. From transferring to the practice from another I have nothing but gratitude to every member of the team. Jen has brightened my smile and Jeff has completely transformed how my teeth look and given me a smile that I now love. For years I have hated the way my teeth looked after a botched job as a youngster. Jeff has been amazing, his patience and understanding, and care overall is second to none.
