I am being charged a vet consultation fee just to get my dog a flea tablet he has had from them multiple times because he hasn't been seen in 8 months. Its a flea tablet! Id understand if he was a puppy and might of grown or it was medication for kidneys, or heart palpitations ect, and may need to be seen to check how the treatment is working, side effects ect. Registered with them on the phone in the morning and had an appointment for 6pm that evening for my little baby guinea pig Ginger who had developed a scaly ear. Arrived 15 mins early and was seen straight away by Jack who was so kind and he prescribed him some cream.
