Excellent garage, always there with help and advice. Nothing is too much trouble. Very impressed will highly recommend to all.
I had a full service in this garage and they left the oil stick open, blaming the apprentice guy when the mechanic senior should have double checked. My van had splashing oil all over the engine , a bad smell and kept steaming. When I came back, the guy in charge said it couldn't do it because "he was too busy" and even look at me as if I was pretending too much. After that he even didn't clean properly and there was still a lot of oil everywhere! Very disappointed!
I always use the Churchill Motors garage for everything to do with my cars now. The staff are dedicated professionals, and the costs are always reasonable. If you require a specialist service not covered here, they'll advise you rather than bodge it. They point out any likely future failures without making a fuss, and they don't overcharge; unlike some other places I've used before. I thoroughly recommend Churchill Motors.
1st time i used church hill motors iPhoned the garage and explained my Problems with the car. I was invited to take the car for them to look at. Within 5 mins of arrival a mechanic was test driving the car and problem diagnosed Parts arrived in two days and fitted at my convenience. My partner messed up and accidentally booked my Mot at the wrong garage so there was no booking when I turned up! Church Hill Motors were very accommodating and booked me for the next morning and got the Mot done first thing so I could still drive to work later in the morning. Took great care of my car and no uncomfortable, heavy upselling like you get in the bigger dealerships. Definitely recommend.
