I visited Dan after a friend recommended him to me. I've been working with John for a few years, having needed some immediate help with back pain. Since then, we've had regular maintenance sessions coupled with take home exercises and advice. John's communication and flexibility around bookings is great, and we always have interesting discussions, I always leave feeling better in some way!

I can honestly say that John has actually changed my life for the better! For a few years I'd suffered short periods of sciatica, normally a week or two at a time that would come and go seemingly without cause. I have hard several Sessions with Dan, who was recommended by my gym instructor. I have to say I’m very happy with how he treated my hip pain and stiffness. The pain was gone after just one session and he gave me personalised exercises to do at home at my own pace, with a clear explanation of what the problem appeared to be And how to avoid it in the future. His friendly, Approachable and I wouldn’t hesitate To recommend him.

Dan was recommended to me and he has been amazing.As a 50something walking footballer I have visited him several times in the last year with minor but niggley injuries.Each time he has been very thorough and methodical during my time with him.He has given me excercises to assist my recovery. His care has definitely enabled me to return to playing sooner.
