My husband and I stopped in looking to purchase, my first impression was not very good, the salesman didn’t act to enthused to sell anything, we knew exactly what vehicle we were there to see and once it was unlocked the keys went in the salesman’s pocket and we weren’t even offered to start it or even test drive! Needless to say we will not ever stop in there again!
My husband and I were in Memphis today, and I accidentally knocked my wedding ring behind the dashboard of his truck and we could not get it out. Luckily, we were told by a family member to go see Mike in the service department, and he would take care of us. Not only did he get my ring out for me, he didn’t charge us a dime. I will never be able to express how grateful I am for your work and kindness today, Mike!
