I love Chuck Hutton Toyota due to their willingness to help and satisfy their consumers. They were able to fulfill all my needs with the car that I wanted by giving me the knowledge about the car special features. The best part was when they offered me a modified car at SUCH a reasonable price -- I couldn't let it go! We started our car shopping process online. We picked out a vehicle we liked and filled out the credit pre-approval before going to the lot. When we arrived, Denise was ready for us. The Highlander we were interested in was already pulled up by the front and we were able to look at it and test drive it shortly after we got there. Denise was very friendly and personable. She listened to us and was never pushy. She really made the experience a pleasure. We will be back to see her when my husband is ready to trade in his truck!
