The moral of this story is DON'T BUY A CAR from Chuck Hutton Toyota! We went to look at a used 2015 "CERTIFIED" Sienna on 1/2/2020. It was priced below average and had just under 69K miles on it, with a clean car fax (vin #5TDKK3DC7FS589496). On paper this looked like a great deal. It was a rainy day so it was hard to see the dings and scratches in the car and windshield (this will be important latter).
