I bought extended warranty for my daughters new car. I was told if warranty was never used that i would get half the money back. We sold the car without ever using the extended warranty now i cant get the financial dept to even return my call after calling 4 times and leaving messages with secretary and and the finance dept.

I have been to places like gateway and all they did was lie and take money from me. When I bought my car I refuse to take it anywhere else. I bought my tires and Toyota and now my tire rotations are free. I also have tire replacement and road side assistance for it. It’s great! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
The employees of Chuck Hutton were extremely helpful and enthusiastic about what they do. They answered all of my questions without hesitation and helped me find a vehicle that met all of my expectations and helped my budget. The car buying process was simple and I was in and out in no time with my new car. They are patient and ensure you know everything about what you're getting before you buy it. Worst service dept within 100 miles...questions call me jim at 901-606-7505...my land cruiser was in worst shape when I picked it up..
They are delicate to make sure you get what your heart desire, by taking time out for every customer meeting your need, and going above and beyond so if you need a good salesperson I recommend all but my choice is Tyler Bradley!
My first time there on yesterday, June 1, 2019! Love their friendly customer service staff in the service department and Ursula was great! She explained in detail what was going on! They gained a new customer yesterday! Yess I’ll drive an hr and a half just for an oil change!

Tried to buy a used vehicle from them after being a customer with them since 2013 they wanted me to buy the vehicle with check engine light on not even willing to fix it. I was willing to pay down on the vehicle. So I was very dissatisfied with their policy
