The ticket cruncher kept breaking down and took for ever to find someone to let know at least it wasn't to busy in there. But I waited 15 at the prise area just to let them know that the ticket cruncher was not working. But nice staff there and kids had a great time

Our families were there for a playdate. We had a great time. The worst was the wait in line, then they opened up another register and it went faster! Thank you!

my 4yo son loves CHUCK E CHEESE. His favorite game is fruit ninja. He also enjoys being able to hang, dance and chill with Chuck when he comes out. Thank you ALL
We waited for over an hour for our food only for them to day they lost our number,So we had to wait another 15min!!
The card scanner is very convenient and staff are very friendly.
Newly remodeled instead of tokens now they give you playing cards.
