Horrible experience went yesterday evening with my daughter. Majority of the games were not working the sketch photo booth was out of paper I asked Multiple times if they could put more paper in. Not much staff that could be attentive on a busy night. Should of gone to Johns incredible they have better customer service.

Waited 20 minutes just to get checked in. One person behind the order counter. One person working the ticket counter. No one on the floors checking the games, games were not giving tickets, games were broken. They need more help! It was a Sunday afternoon around 4 and as the next several hours passed by it was even busier and still there was only one person at the order counter, one person at the ticket counter and no one going around to check the games. Pizza was burnt!!was late getting to us.lack of cleanliness.no soap in bathroom or paper towels.
The “NEW” look sucks ! Should of kept it the old school look. They need more help too !
The party host was a 5 star host all the way. However, the lady behind the ticket counter was rude and impatient. You're dealing with kids try to be pleasurable. The security check to be certain kids can’t be taken is a joke as my daughter left with another family member who didn’t even have a number stamp. They walked right out the door no questions asked. Tighten up you protocols.
We went on 1-14-18 for our grandson bday. All I can say is they need to hire more help. There was a long line to purchase food. 3 girls at each register but only one was helpimg customers. The other two were doing something with the cards you get instead of tokens. Not a very efficient system. Also, the all you can eat salad bar was out of lettuce, I told one of the girls that was helping at the counter where you redeem your card for prizes since no other employee was near the salad bar. The pizza sucks. No tomato sauce. No cheese or crushed red peppers.
While the staff was polite, I did not like that Chuck did not come out on the 30 every hour. Take the sign down, as well as the TV advertisement saying he does, if your employees aren’t going to do it. I even went up to the counter and asked the employee TWICE to have him come out.
