not enough employees to help you
Arrived at the time the website and door stated was the opening time of 10am. There was an employee mopping the entire sidewalk from parking lot to the front door with soapy water. He stated it opened an hour later and then the doors were still locked after having to walk through puddles of slippery soap to get there we had to knock on the door.
