Its cool for the kids
I thought our server was very friendly and made us feel very spe dial. We had a great time & I would recommend it to others.
Great time with my grandbaby. Need to change the music maybe. Like all the rides and games for the kids. Great place for birthday parties.
Highly priced for so little food in a Birthday event. Plus didn’t have two tables ready when arrived. Very slow service and not many employees to help.
Went on 4/30/18 when they opened. Sadly no salad bar. The lunch buffet is a joke really. Only a few items. The table was filthy with sticky punch on it. I always wash down table with baby wipes and couldn’t believe the dirt from table and the seats. Besides being dirty there were crumbs everywhere stuck behind and the carpet on the floor! GROSS. They obviously had not cleaned the night before! They announced Chuck E Cheese would be out in 10 minutes and ran the whole thing and he never appeared and there was no ticket drop! ... read more
Worse please ever management suck ass hire they hire lil kids that don’t know how to manage and fix the issue with out having an attitude from start to finish if you guys looking for an awesome Chucky cheese go to the rancho or Hesperia location great customer service
Service was slow, didn't have salad bar and food took a really long time to come out. Will never come back again

Took my daughter on 3/12/18 For her bday we did the bday reservation all I can say they where really helpful the girl was on point helped us cut the cake and never did I have to get up and go get anything she was the most helpful girl too bad I forgot her name
They need more service there but other than that it was good and they need more technic help for the ticket machines
