The new "play pass" is the worst idea yet. The coins were a pain, but at least I could give my kids 5 tokens each, they'd run off and play then in 5-10 min they were back at the table checking in. I loved the fact that the kids did the checking in. Now with the play pass all the tokens are at their disposal. They run to play and i have to go hunt them down to get them to eat & in the process our table with all our belongings is left unattended. Had a great time with my grandbabies employees are great the only thing is that my granddaughter lost her card and when we found it it was empty and my grand son lost a bag full of tickets but the employees have each one of them 200 tickets thank you Chucky cheese
That was my first time there at that location. I would say it's bigger than the one I go to. I went there for my little cousin Birthday. I enjoyed it with my 6 year old son.
It's not the same as when my daughter was there. �
I enjoyed myself at this location. Only thing I can see needs improving the parking the cars have side parking which ok put parking in the back .I've heard from numerous ppl they have gotten stuff stolen from their vehicles. I feel privileged I get Park in front temporarily with disability placard.!!
My grandbaby loved Chucky cheese ... he had a blast and the pizza was good... small but good.
No organization , staff making you wait when they have 4 registers only 1 open. Half the games are not working. Change machi ne was down. Why would you serve beer or wine at an establishment for children. W T F
The service sucked and Chucky didn't even KNOW any of the dance routines....
