Environment not kid friendly you have adults treating children poorly these are other guests treating guest improperly I really believe they need security guards or police officers to monitor adult behavior in that place with children, definitely will not return and do not feel safe with my children there. On the other hand the staff are very friendly, as well as, respectful also the food is very delicious

The show was garbage! My niece was super excited to see chuck e and he didn't come out until the song was over and was only out for like a minute! They didn't even throw out tickets just a little bit of candy!
My niece and grand baby had a great time as they always do until it was time to leave, I'll bring them back soon
I came to this location twice and this time around it was absolutely horrible ... the cashier gave me so much attitude I just had to walk away... then I called the phone number on the receipt and it was wrong a new jersey number ...once I finally got ahold of the manager it was the girl with all the attitude. My mother went back to this location and spoke to the GM who stated "many customers perceive her as having an attitude" (but that is just her personality she isn't really trying to be rude) ...excuse me that is no excus... read more
On the most part my grandkids had a great time but too many games out of tickets and we all know it's about the tickets!
While I thought that the pizza was OK, however the salad bar was over priced $8.00 for old lettuce and veggies old and wilted. According to manager batch comes in once a day then sit until 3:00, but of same batch from AM. So would have been $16.00 for two old brown and wilted salads. Oh No No No.....
It's a relaxing place to be and not loose ur kids and let them run around a play there own games
